Whistleblowing

How to report concerns about legal or ethical violations.

Our Commitment

Future AGI is committed to conducting business with integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We encourage employees, contractors, and third parties to report any concerns about conduct that may violate the law, company policies, or ethical standards.

Reports made in good faith are taken seriously and will be investigated thoroughly. No individual will face retaliation for raising a concern or cooperating with an investigation.

What to Report

You should consider making a report if you become aware of or suspect any of the following:

  • Violations of law — Fraud, bribery, corruption, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
  • Data protection breaches — Unauthorized access to or disclosure of personal data, failure to comply with GDPR or other privacy regulations
  • Security incidents — Deliberate circumvention of security controls, unauthorized system access, or concealment of vulnerabilities
  • Financial misconduct — Misrepresentation of financial records, embezzlement, or violations of accounting standards
  • Policy violations — Breaches of company codes of conduct, conflicts of interest, or harassment
  • Regulatory non-compliance — Failure to comply with industry regulations or contractual obligations

How to Report

By Email

Send a detailed report to legal@futureagi.com. Include as much information as possible, such as:

  • A description of the concern or incident
  • Names of individuals involved, if known
  • Dates, times, and locations relevant to the concern
  • Any supporting documentation or evidence

Anonymous Reporting

If you prefer to remain anonymous, you may submit a report by postal mail to:

Future AGI — Legal & Compliance (Address available upon request from legal@futureagi.com)

Anonymous reports should include sufficient detail to allow for a meaningful investigation. While anonymity is respected, providing contact information (even through a pseudonymous channel) can help our team seek clarification and provide updates.

Confidentiality

All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. Information is shared only with those individuals directly involved in the investigation and only to the extent necessary to conduct a thorough review.

The identity of the reporting individual is protected throughout the process. If disclosure becomes legally required, the reporter will be notified in advance wherever possible.

Non-Retaliation

Future AGI prohibits retaliation against any individual who makes a report in good faith. Retaliation includes but is not limited to:

  • Termination or demotion
  • Reduction in compensation or benefits
  • Reassignment to less favorable duties
  • Harassment, intimidation, or threats
  • Any other adverse action taken as a result of making a report

Any individual found to have engaged in retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
