We accept IRS determination letters (US), charity registration documents, or equivalent documentation from your country. If you're unsure, apply and we'll work with you.
Can I switch between Standard and High-Usage programs?
Yes. If your usage grows beyond what the Standard credit covers, contact us to switch to the 75% discount program.
Do credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits reset on your billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
Is the self-hosted version free for non-profits?
Future AGI's open-source components are MIT-licensed and free for everyone, including non-profits. This program specifically covers our Cloud platform.
Can I use this for research?
If you're an academic institution or research lab, check our Research & Education program - it may be a better fit.
How long does the discount last?
The non-profit discount is applied annually and renewed on verification of continued non-profit status. There's no end date as long as you remain eligible.
