ISO 27001

Certification Status

Future AGI is ISO 27001 certified. Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) has been independently audited and certified by an accredited certification body.

What ISO 27001 Covers

ISO 27001 is the international standard for information security management. It provides a systematic framework for managing sensitive company and customer information through:

• Risk assessment and treatment — Identifying, evaluating, and addressing information security risks on an ongoing basis
• Security controls — Implementing a comprehensive set of controls across 14 domains, including access control, cryptography, operations security, communications security, and supplier relationships
• Management commitment — Ensuring that information security is governed at the leadership level with defined roles, responsibilities, and accountability
• Continuous improvement — Establishing processes for monitoring, measuring, and improving the effectiveness of the ISMS over time

Scope of Certification

Our ISO 27001 certification covers the design, development, and operation of Future AGI’s AI observability and evaluation platform, including:

• Cloud infrastructure and platform services
• Application development and deployment processes
• Customer data processing and storage
• Internal corporate information systems
• Third-party vendor and sub-processor management

Continuous Improvement Cycle

ISO 27001 requires an ongoing cycle of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA):

• Plan — Establish the ISMS scope, risk assessment methodology, and security objectives
• Do — Implement risk treatments, security controls, and awareness programs
• Check — Conduct internal audits, management reviews, and control effectiveness assessments
• Act — Address nonconformities, implement corrective actions, and update the ISMS based on findings

We undergo annual surveillance audits to maintain certification, with a full recertification audit every three years.
