Certification Status

Future AGI is SOC 2 Type II certified. Our most recent audit was completed by an independent, AICPA-accredited auditing firm and covers the design and operating effectiveness of our controls over a continuous observation period.

Trust Service Criteria

Our SOC 2 Type II report covers the following trust service criteria:

Security	Protection of systems and data against unauthorized access, including network security, access controls, vulnerability management, and incident response
Availability	System uptime, disaster recovery, and business continuity controls ensuring the platform meets its service commitments
Confidentiality	Controls governing the protection of information designated as confidential, including encryption, data classification, and access restrictions

What This Means for Customers

SOC 2 Type II certification provides independent assurance that Future AGI’s security controls are not only well-designed but have been tested and proven effective over time. Unlike a Type I report, which evaluates controls at a single point in time, our Type II report validates that controls operated consistently throughout the audit period.

This certification gives your security and compliance teams confidence that:

• Customer data is protected by robust, tested security controls
• The platform meets its availability and uptime commitments
• Confidential information is handled according to industry-standard practices
• Controls are independently verified, not self-assessed

Audit Cycle

We undergo a SOC 2 Type II audit annually to ensure continuous compliance. Each audit period covers the preceding twelve months of operations, and any identified gaps are remediated and verified before the report is finalized.
