Every mission flies with a team. This is ours.

We are building the reliability layer for AI systems - the evals, the observability, the guardrails, the simulation environments that decide whether an agent is safe enough to ship. It is not a small job. The people below are the ones doing it.

The roster is organized the way a launch team is organized: by function, not hierarchy. Flight Command sets trajectory. Propulsion & Systems builds the ship. Product Systems shapes what the ship does. Navigation & Optics decides how the crew sees the mission and how the world sees us. Mission Broadcast carries the signal outward.
